Terms & Conditions for Bookings

By booking a session, purchasing a service, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Unpaid bookings will not be held or reserved.
All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance by using the reschedule link provided in your confirmation email or by contacting us directly.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable.
In the event of an emergency or unexpected circumstance, please reach out directly to discuss potential accommodations.

3. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session without notice, your appointment will be marked as a no-show, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

4. Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior communication may result in a cancelled session with no refund.

5. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Sessions and digital products are non-refundable, including missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
In rare cases of technical issues or practitioner cancellation, you will be offered a reschedule or store credit.

6. Services Disclaimer
Services provided are for spiritual, energetic, and personal insight purposes only. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
By booking, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own choices, well-being, and how you integrate the guidance offered.

7. Confidentiality
All personal information and session content are treated as strictly confidential.
Your information will never be shared, sold, or disclosed without your consent, except when required by law.

8. Energetic Responsibility
By booking a session, you affirm that you are voluntarily engaging in spiritual or energy-based work.
You are responsible for your own energy field, emotional integration, and boundaries during and after the session.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including session materials, downloads, images, texts, and meditations,is the intellectual property of Sanctum of Light (unless otherwise credited).
No portion may be reproduced, sold, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Use of Website
You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully.
Misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or violation of these terms may result in restricted access and/or legal action.
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
